Registration for the 2014 Mens Outdoor Soccer League.

STEP 1: Make your payment.

To make an online payment click the Pay Now button. If you are paying by credit card you do not need to have a PayPal account. Otherwise, log into your PayPal account to complete this step. Other payment options available include email money transfer (More Info) or payment in person (See below).


STEP 2: Submit your waiver.


The registration form/waiver must be submitted once payment is made to complete your registration. Waivers may be submitted through email or in person. If submitting via email, waivers MUST BE hand written, scanned and emailed back.

PayPal payments are subject to a $10 service fee. Cancellations within 3 days of payment will receive a full refund minus any additional transfer fees incurred by JLSoccer. Service fees are non-refundable. All refunds are subject to a $25 administration fee. There are no partial or full refund once a league has started if you are not satisfied or cannot partake in the league because of sustained injuries or any other unforeseen reasons.
