Registration

If you are a team interested in registering please contact JLSoccer prior to making a payment. Online payment is only for individual registrations. To register for our upcoming league, please follow these instructions:

STEP 1: Make your payment.

To make an online payment click the Pay Now button. If you are paying by credit card, you do not need to have a PayPal account. Otherwise, be sure that you have created a PayPal account in order to complete this step. Other payment options available include interac e-money transfer or payment in person.

STEP 2: Hand in your waiver.

Scroll to the bottom of the page to download the current waiver. The registration form/waiver must be handed in once payment is made to complete registration. Waivers may be submitted through email or in person. If submitting via email, waivers MUST BE hand written, scanned and emailed back.

OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS:

JLSoccer also accepts payment in person and by mail. If you wish to pay through these methods, please contact JLSoccer by email. You may pay by cash, cheque, money order, electronic money transfer, PayPal or by e-cheques.

All online payments are subject to a $10 service fee. Cancellations within 3 days of payment will receive a full refund minus any additional transfer fees incurred by JLSoccer. Service fees are non-refundable. All cancellations made after are subject to a $25 administration fee.

Registration Forms

All forms must be handed in prior to setting foot on the field. JLSoccer.com reserves the right to turn away any players who have not completed this step. The registration form/waiver can be downloaded here:
